All participants can submit one or more abstracts to the congress.
The program provides opportunities for oral or poster presentation.
Authors must indicate which of the two options they prefer.
Abstracts can tackle any subject pertaining to adolescent health, health care and health promotion & policies.
However, authors are encouraged to focus on the main areas listed in the congress’ objectives, e.g. gender issues, equity, access to age-appropriate health services, mental health, sexual and reproductive health and relationships, prevention and treatment of chronic illness, inter-sectoral cooperation across health, education and social care and participation of youth in health promotion and health services. Authors should not submit more than one abstract from the same project. The six best abstracts will be selected for a plenary presentation (October 5th 11-12:30). The other oral presentations will be presented during thematic symposia on October 4th or 5th (14:30-16:30).
We cannot guarantee that all the abstracts submitted for oral presentation will be selected as such, given the limited amount of available slots. The selection will be based on the review performed by members of the international scientific committee.
Abstracts should provide a short introduction (context, objectives), a method, results and conclusion section, and should not be longer than 250 words, a summary may be in Romanian, Russian and English language. The summary must be printed on in A4 format, Times New Roman 14, Microsoft Word with 1,5 interval and 2 cm borders. First and last names of all authors with title and affiliation should be indicated.
Deadline for submission is July 30th.
