We will collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, including, but not limited to, your name, employer’s name, address(es), telephone and fax number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Health for Youth Association will use and store this information in order to notify you of conference arrangements, news, updates and reports. Personally identifiable information may be given to a third party in order to complete a specific business transaction on behalf of Health for Youth Association, such as completing payment of the conference registration fee.
We may disclose personally identifiable information to the proper authorities if we are legally required to disclose such information. Personally identifiable information will be kept by the conference organisers until the conference website is closed, so that Health for Youth Association can notify attendees of useful resources and further final news. In order to register to attend this conference you will be required to fill out a registration form and provide personally identifiable information which we will use to process your conference registration. In addition, your name and information may appear on registration or attendee lists distributed at the conference to other attendees. Please note that Health for Youth Association will provide every conference attendee with a list of attendee names and postal addresses (including countries), not email addresses. If you do not wish your name to appear on this list, please contact the conference team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
